If in to surfing there are plenty of locations that cater to both beginners and experienced surfers. Both the patrolled main beach and the sheltered beach at Point Roadknight provide a perfect surfing spot for beginners.
If visiting over the weekend, especially Sunday morning has Sunday Market where you can enjoy local produce to local delicacies.
