The fact is, Kyoto is the most rewarding city in Japan and a place all travellers should visit at least once in their lives. Kyoto, once the capital of Japan, is a city on the island of Honshu. It’s famous for its numerous classical Buddhist temples, as well as gardens, imperial palaces, Shinto shrines and traditional wooden houses.
Kyoto is a city, which allows visitors a glimpse into the past. Kyoto has worldβs largest collections of Unesco World Heritage sites. It is almost impossible to visit them all in one week.
